Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 12 October 2026. Back to pricing

By using UK Rules (the API at this website, the MCP server, or by paying for or subscribing to it) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who we are

UK Rules is provided by Mr Blake Dokubo, trading as Blake's Tec Solutions & Co, a sole trader based in England ("we", "us"). Contact: info@blakestecsolutions.info. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC071808.

Business use only

UK Rules is for business use. By subscribing or paying you confirm you are acting for a business, not as a consumer.

What the service is

UK Rules is an API and MCP server that returns UK tax and payroll rates, deadlines and UK business checks. Each rate or deadline comes with its GOV.UK or other official source and the dates it applies. Business checks combine public Companies House information and, if you ask, an HMRC VAT number check.

Not advice

UK Rules gives information only. It is not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Rates and rules can change, and we may make mistakes. You, and any AI agent you use with the service, must check important results against the linked official source before relying on them.

UK business checks

Results are only for checking a business's VAT registration. UK Rules is not endorsed by, or affiliated with, HMRC or Companies House. A business check is not a credit check, and it is not sanctions or PEP screening.
