x402 payment in USDC on Base. No account: your agent pays automatically when it gets a 402. You're only charged when the call succeeds.

Subscriptions are billed in GBP; pay-per-call uses USDC (US dollars) via x402. A business check counts as 2 calls, so Developer covers up to 5,000 checks and Pro up to 50,000.

If a plan runs out of calls, they reset at renewal; until then, calls can still be paid per call with x402. An invalid or cancelled API key returns a 401 error rather than a payment offer.

One sourced check of a UK company from Companies House: status, type, incorporation date, registered office, SIC codes, accounts and confirmation statement overdue (and by how many days), the GOV.UK late filing penalty band if accounts are overdue, insolvency and charges flags, active officers and PSCs. VAT check: coming soon (we are waiting for HMRC production access; a VAT number you add is not checked yet). Each section has a source link.

MCP check_uk_business and HTTP GET /v1/company/{company_number}?vat=. Pay 0.02 per check with x402 (only charged when the check succeeds), or use an API key: a check counts as 2 of your plan's calls. Unknown companies are not charged.
